2007  SVEC Washington Youth Tour Writing Contest Winners

Each year SVEC sponsors the Washington Youth Tour Writing Contest for high school juniors. The first place winner from each of the seven public high schools receive an expense paid trip to Washington D.C. The runners-up each receive a $50 savings bond. The 2007 winners are:
