Checking your balance or making a payment? Learn about all of your options for making a payment.

Please use caution when paying your electric bill with a bill payment service such as Doxo. These services often charge for bill payment and can send your payment late. To make a payment to your SVEC account, it is best to use one of the payment options listed below. SVEC does not charge a fee for payments, including no fee for credit/debit payments.

 

credit card_0.png  Payments can be made by check, credit or debit card, or cash if paying in-person. Credit/debit cards accepted include Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Financial Institutions

Some local banks in the SVEC area will accept electric payments, but please note, banks cannot accept late payments.

Only these local banks accept electric payments: Tower Community Bank, First Volunteer Bank, Citizens Tri-County Bank and Mountain Valley Bank (Tracy City location only)
